Will the horrors now suffered by Whites in southern Africa be repeated in Europe and America?

When multiracialists were demanding an end to White rule in South Africa they never debated whether the result might lead to horrible suffering for White women, men, and children. Old men are forced to watch their wives being raped before the couple are painfully killed. Farmers and farmworkers are tortured over many hours. What is happening?

"There are two opposing theories. At one extreme, these attacks are seen as being directed as part of the ‘Second Revolution.’ The First Revolution was the takeover of South Africa by a black government. The Second Revolution, using terror, is the establishment of a radical black communist society and the expulsion of whites. Driving the white farmers off their land is part of this process. At the other extreme, the attacks are seen as being purely criminal and without political guidance or motives. I have lived a sheltered life, but a man was shot dead across the street from me; a motorist was clubbed to death with a hockey stick by another motorist at a crossroads near me; in the bushes outside the nearest pub, a young girl was gang-raped, had one of her nipples bitten off and her mouth wedged open with a wooden stick so that they could rape her again in the mouth; I saw the mortuary photograph of a young man who had been tied to a railway line by two friends so that the train had cut off his legs at the shins and his head between the upper and lower jaws. Every South African can give a similar account.”

I am a expatriot South African of Lebanese descent. My wife is of East Indian origin. We now live in The U.S. Why do we live in here now? B/c "Black Majority Rule" has failed to secure both personal safety and economic freedom to the masses and to those who had had some economic prosperty during the Apartheid-era. I am an expatriot living in Hawaii these last eighteen years, and I am burning with desire to return to my former country. I am continually being dissuaded by friends and even family members. I have been back several times since '85 and am fully aware of the changes, both good and bad. I find the vast majority of the comments on this board completely and utterly repulsive. There is the odd comment, like that from ''one reader'', that shows there are some people posting here who are not savage hate mongers. But as for the rest of you, there is no redemption.

It appears that some of the comments have come from educated or semi-educated whites and blacks, but that does not seem to have spared you the capacity for vitriolic, blind ranting.

There have been many instances of labelling and name calling. some call members of the other race animals, scum and so forth. Im afraid that these labels do not find themselves applicable on the basis of race, but rather on the basis of your orientation towards the rest of humanity. It is sad to see that so many people who live outside south african borders, pretend to know everything about our nations troubles. If those of you in non-african countries lived in SA for at least a year, many of your articles and comments would differ drastically.

I appreciate those of you who agree that the present situation in SA (crime + unemployment) is unbearable and that it affects both white and black citizens in SA.

Futhermore those who turned 18 after the 1994 elections can't be held responsible for apartheid, since they weren't even old enough to vote or enlist in either the SA police or the Army.

It is painfull to see young both black and white south africans consumed by hatred and suffering. In the end such hatred only ends in violence which will in turn invite a retaliation from the victim.

For those of you who have threatened each other with violence. Remember that many of you have never fought in a war or killed someone (selfdefence, cold blooded or duty). It is a dirty bussines war and terrorism. Take it from a person whos reversed further than most have driven. I have seen death in all its forms and sadly to defend my family was forced to shoot 2 hijackers in self defence. My father been assaulted numerous times in his own house and he's as un-racist as you can get. He's a pacifist whos never harmed anyone. I'm generally a calm person however I respond in force immediatly when my family and friends are in mortal danger. It's a way of life in sa to be extremely security consious and to have the capacity to kill if necesary in self defence. Having fought in two wars on two different continents I know what I'm talking about and I abhor the unnecessary use of violence.

Currently I'm highly qualified in the IT industry, but rising unemployment especially with the affirmative action situation has forced me to service cars during the day and work as a "bouncer" at clubs during the night. I also own my own forge (i make swords and other collectors pieces) and if bussines picks up I'll be happier than ever.

I don't complain, I just make the best of a horrible situation.

Supposedly political apartheid has fallen, BUT ECONOMIC APARTHEID HAS NOT FALLEN. The latter is now the real source of the problem. Supposedly, whites economically own even more of South Africa (its land, industry and businesses) now than they did under Apartheid. And, I don't doubt, as in countries like even the U.S., there is great relative income polarization: the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting relatively poorer. What happened to the hopes, dreams, and rightful expectations of blacks to share more in the power, wealth and resources of the nation when political Apartheid fell? How are most blacks living (their housing and employment situation)? What is their access to land ownership for their family farms, etc.? What is their quality educational access (especially that leading to a university degree or skilled vocational employment)?

Political Apartheid was the unsightly scaffolding that built the ecomonic house of inequallity in South Africa. In particular, the Western world said that the scaffolding was a blight in the Western world neighborhood (at the very least, at least the pretense of true democracy and equality) and that the scaffolding finally had to come down, in order to keep up Western appearances. And the white South African power structure finally said, "Ohhh alllright. We finally relent."

So, the civilized world (Western and otherwise) forced that unsightly scaffolding to come down. But, the house of inequality itself still remains standing tall. That house needs to be seriously renovated and more houses of equality need to be built. Otherwise, of course, those who have still been economically left behind, but pass by that big house everyday, are going to want to vandalize it, or shoot at it, or burn it down, or even harm its residents.

One person above spoke about society balancing out ("seeking its own level", as they put it). Until blacks and whites share both political and economic power, there will continue to be an imbalance: strife, simmering and boiling resentment, and even a high crime rate related to all of this. Just allowing and creating a small black ruling and privileged class will never be enough.
